More 4D photos!

Last week (33 weeks and 3 days) we got more 4D photos! I still haven't been able to get my technical situation with my scanner fixed, but I was able to take a picture of the ultrasound pictures with my phone. The pictures have a little glare but you can get the idea. She is definitley growing and putting some weight on. You can tell by her little chubby cheeks! She is growing at the right pace and weighed 4lbs 13oz. Everything looks good and healthy. She is moving around like crazy. She rolls all over my belly. I am going to miss feeling her but oh how I can't wait to get my hands on her. When we have ultrasounds these days it just makes me more and more anxious to meet her. When I look at these pictures I am just truly amazed. I cannot believe this little baby is growing inside me. It is so amazing the way God creates us. It brings tears to my eyes to look at her in a picture so I cannot imagine the feelings and emotions I will have when I see her in person!
As of today, we have 5 weeks until we will meet her. I will be induced on May 24! I am really feeling good and can't complain. I have trouble sleeping some nights and get uncomfortable at times, but overall I am grateful for how easy this pregnancy has been. I pray daily that it will continue to progress smoothly. I haven't posted any belly shots lately but you can tell from the shower posts that it is definitaly "out there"!

Memphis Baby Shower

Thank you to Luke and Kelley, Krisa and Taylor, Tommy and Rachel, Ruff and Angelia and Catherine and Cahill for throwing us a baby shower in Memphis for our friends. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful group of friends. We missed those who weren't there but as always, we had a wonderful time together. There is truly never a dull moment with this crew! We were showered with lots of great food, toasts and gifts. Yes, I said toasts. I have never been to a baby shower where the mother and father to be received toasts but we did! It was really hilarious! They turned more into memories from the past but there were some wonderful things said about Ryan and me that we really appreciate.
Here are a few pictures...
Ryan really got into the gifts!!

Work Baby Shower

I am a little behind on my blogging! We have been on the road the past few weekends and I just haven't found the umph to take the time to sit down and update.

March 27th the wonderful ladies I work with threw a baby shower for me. We had a good time getting together away from work to chit chat and celebrate Audrey Grace. I am truly grateful for my co-workers who are my family here in Southaven.

The cake was a good as it looks! One of my co-workers (Janet) daughters made this cake. She really should go into business!

4D Ultrasound

Today we went and had a 4D ultrasound of Audrey Grace. It was so amazing! She cooperated very well, the ultrasound tech was even impressed. I was worried she wasn't going to let us see her face because in every ultrasound we have had her hands are in front of her face. I will admit I drank a little coffee before we went in hopes that she would be moving around a little more. It worked!! She moved all over and showed off for us. She opened her mouth, smiled and even opened her eyes once. We were able to get lots of great pictures of her face and several of her hands and feet. I have not really been emotional during this pregnancy and haven't cried when I have seen her on the ultrasounds before, but this time was different. As soon as she changed the screen from regular ultrasound to 4D, I immediately shed a few tears of joy. It was so special to see her and really get to see her features. She really looks like a human now! It is truly a miracle...God is good!

Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Louise, Amy, Lores, Lucy, Laura Lea, Annie, Terrie (my friend from work), Ryan and I were all there to see her in 4D. Everyone in the room immediately agreed that she seems to look like Ryan. Take a look and see what you think...

Room Painted (check)

Last weekend while I was in Columubs, Ryan and Annie painted the nursery. It looks GREAT! I am so happy with the way the color turned out. We went with a color called mint ice cream! Ryan has never painted a room, so I was a little nervous and asked Annie to supervise! They really did such a great job. I was also able to pick up the curtians and pillow shams we had made for her room and everything looks so good together. I am glad we started this process a few months in advance so we can get everything just the way we want it before she gets here. We decided to keep a full size bed in the nursery, so this weekend I am going to get that bed put together with new comforter and pillows and get the curtians hung. Hopefully next weekend we can get the baby furniture in there so I can begin organizing all of her things. I am going to wait and post pictures once we get everything set up because at the moment it is a little messy in there.

First Baby Shower

Saturday we had our first baby shower in Columubs! The shower was given by my hometown best friends. They did a wonderful job getting everything just perfect. The food was wonderful and it was great to get to celebrate this exciting time with hometown friends and my family. I am so grateful for such wonderful people in my life. We got lots of great gifts to help dress, entertain and take care of our little girl when she gets here in May! Books, picture albums, visual baby monitor, space saver high chair, blankets, boppy pillow, robe and bath towels, diaper bag, several cute outfits and a big basket with all of the necessities (diapers, lotion, gas drops, motrin, tylenol ect...) are some of the gifts we got.

The Table of Gifts...

Laura Lea even got to enjoy some of the food!

Mrs Carol Lott (my friend Emily's mom) painted this precious picture for her room, and for those of you who don't know her name will be Audrey Grace!

My helpers...Lores and Lucy

The Hostesses and me: Emily Walton, Anna Elizabeth Wiygul, me, Nichole Burris, Amy Sharp and Kristi Chopin. Shelley Emerson also helped but wasn't able to be there :(

If you notice, Emily and Anna are also pregnant! They are both due in April and both having little boys. It will be so much fun to watch our kids grow up together. I keep telling them their little boys are going to be fighting over my angel :)

Got Cupcakes?

26 weeks:

I passed my glucose test yesterday! For some reason I have really been worried about this. I think it is because I love sweets and I was worried they were going to tell me I couldn't eat them. I would probably appreciate it in the end, but for now I am so glad I do not have to follow a special diet. My craving lately has been cupcakes. Everyday I want a cupcake! I obviously don't give into the craving daily or I would really be in trouble!! I can't really give in to any of my cravings on a daily basis because none of them are healthy. They include pancakes, waffles, milk and most recently pizza, cupcakes and Ryan's homemade milkshakes!

As far as our baby girl goes...everything is still looking great and she has really been moving around a lot. She is getting stronger and beginning to wake me up in the night with her movements. Ryan and I went to the movies the other night and she moved from the time the trailers started until the movie was over! It was amazing to feel her that active for longer than a few minutes. I guess she could hear how loud it was and it kept her on her toes!
